It depends on your team's existing knowledge, your workload type, and sometimes contractual or compliance requirements. AWS is the most mature ecosystem. GCP excels for data and ML workloads. Azure is often the right fit if you're already Microsoft-heavy. We'll give you an honest recommendation after understanding your situation, not based on partner incentives.
