We help established businesses make the shift from legacy systems and manual processes to modern, automated, data-driven operations — without disrupting what already works.

Technology Audits Strategy Roadmaps Legacy Migration Process Automation Change Management

What's included

Technology Audit
A comprehensive review of your existing tech stack, data flows, integrations, and processes — producing a clear map of what's holding you back and what's worth keeping.
Strategy & Roadmap
A prioritised 12–24 month transformation roadmap with phased investments, quick wins, and a sequencing plan that minimises disruption to live operations.
Legacy System Migration
Phased migrations from monolithic systems, on-premises servers, and spreadsheet-driven workflows to modern, maintainable platforms — with parallel running to eliminate risk.
Process Automation
Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks using RPA, iPaaS platforms (Zapier, n8n, Power Automate), and custom integration layers between your existing tools.
CX & Digital Channel Redesign
Modernise customer-facing touchpoints — self-service portals, digital onboarding flows, mobile experiences — to meet customer expectations and reduce support load.
Change Management & Adoption
Technology alone doesn't transform organisations. We run structured change programmes — training, communication plans, and adoption metrics — so your team actually uses what's built.

Our transformation methodology

01
Audit
Deep-dive into current systems, processes, and people. Interview stakeholders, map data flows, and identify friction points across the organisation.
02

Co-design a prioritised roadmap with leadership. Align on success metrics, risk appetite, and the sequencing of initiatives to protect ongoing operations.
03
Execute
Phased delivery with embedded teams working alongside your people — not parachuting in and out. Progress tracked against KPIs at every milestone.
04
Embed & Sustain
Knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and adoption measurement so the transformation sticks when we hand over the keys.

Digital transformation FAQ

It varies significantly by scope. A focused automation project can deliver results in 8–12 weeks. A full enterprise transformation — replacing core systems, retraining teams, and redesigning customer journeys — typically runs 12–24 months in phases. We'll never propose a big-bang approach; phasing is built into everything we do.

We assess each system on its own merits. Some get wrapped with APIs so modern tools can consume them. Others get gradually replaced. Some stay — if a legacy system works well and isn't blocking progress, there's no business case to replace it. We don't tear out what's working just to say we did.

Heavily. Transformation that ignores the people who do the work every day almost always fails. We co-design processes with frontline staff, run workshops, gather continuous feedback, and build adoption plans that reflect how people actually work — not how leadership thinks they work.

We define business KPIs at the start — things like time-to-complete a key process, error rates, cost per transaction, customer satisfaction scores, and employee productivity metrics. We baseline before we start and track against those numbers throughout, so there's no ambiguity about whether the programme is working.
